Fifty percent (50%) of the cake balance is due upon booking. Since we limit ourselves on the amount of cakes we provide per day (to keep the level of professionalism high), this amount reserves your date and time of your wedding. The remaining balance, after final adjustments, is due thirty (30) days prior to the wedding.

A minimum deposit of $25.00 when the final payment is due for the cake set, if applicable. The deposit amount will vary depending on the cake set. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the cake set, considering it is in good condition. If the cake set is damaged, deposit will not be refunded. If the cake set is not returned ten (10) days after the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

If for any reason you need to postpone your wedding, please contact us immediately. If you need to postpone or change your wedding date, your new date may or may not be available. If you need to cancel your order entirely, there are certain refund policies that we follow. If the cancellation is up to six weeks in advance of your wedding date, we will refund any payments sent, four weeks in advance and we will refund fifty percent (50%) of your payments. After the four weeks prior to your wedding, we cannot accept cancellation and cannot refund your money. However, any non-refundable balance may be credited toward future purchases.

You have the option for either Crumb de la Crumb to deliver and set up your wedding cake at the reception site or you may pick up the cake yourself. We will add a delivery charge according to the distance of your reception location. We also request that you give a thirty (30) day notice to reserve the delivery date.
